PP’s concentrated oil (CPO) version of Babycat is the best on the market. Other versions of this are loaded with a dull leather scent and generic vanilla. This has that rough and smooth buttery suede scent you find in the OG. When you take the cap off the perfume you can smell how powerful it is. Sillage and projection is str8 FIRE! You can almost taste the bourbon vanilla, cedar, saffron, peppers and elemi. Longevity is all day or the next day. It’s up to you how much you want to apply.

The standard EDP smells exactly the same as babycat, and also a good dupe for penhaligons eau the audacity. The extract spray is smokier. Absolutely phenomenal perfume, completely obsessed with it.

Smells like pencil shavings
Haven’t smelt the original but my god is this jarring — I get the slightest whiff of vanilla food flavouring and then a huge amount of graphite. My friend said it smells like the aftermath of punching someone in the face. It’s not feminine in the slightest and I do not get the hype.

My preferred fragrance lately...
I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

Absolutely Amazing
I discovered the original scent (Kilian Smoking Hot) in a large dept. store and instantly fell in love with it. I've been waiting for PP to release this and they have hit the nail bang on the head with this one. It is identical to the original. Smells amazing and lasts for ages. I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. Only a very small amount needed for maximum effects. I'm using the 60ml Extrait. 10/10 PP.

A sweet hybrid
This is lovely and sweet, quite juicy as well. To my nose it's like a hybrid of Instant Crush and Erba Pura. It's just seems to work without leaning too feminine. This is now my 24th or 25th extrait bottle from P.P. I just wish the delivery was quicker.
