Stock and Pricing:

  • All stock and prices are subject to availability.
  • All prices are in US Dollars by default.
  • All photos are used for illustration only.
  • Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Perfume Parlour will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer.

Complaints:

  • All complaints will be acknowledged within 14 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.

Data Protection:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not supply any of your details to a third party unless you have given Perfume Parlour express permission to do so. Our privacy practices comply with applicable US data protection laws.

Security Checks:

  • Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Perfume Parlour reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

Free Products Disclaimer:

  • Our website's pricing system might occasionally list products, including bundles, as 'Free' due to configuration settings intended to facilitate certain offers. Please be aware that unless a product is explicitly advertised as 'Free' in an official promotion by Perfume Parlour, it is not actually free, and standard charges apply. This includes instances where an item appears as 'Free' on order confirmations or any other part of our system due to a technical glitch. In such cases, Perfume Parlour reserves the right to cancel the order if the product was not officially marked free in our advertised promotions.

Shipping Policies:

  • Perfume Parlour reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
  • If Perfume Parlour has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (of the same value) or refund the cost of the unavailable goods. Perfume Parlour will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Customers have the right to return their order within 30 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods as we do not refund shipping charges. Perfume Parlour will also charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products.
  • All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used. Shipping costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
  • Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery. Perfume Parlour will not cover return shipping costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
  • Any returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any returned faulty goods after this time may only receive a part refund depending on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
  • If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, Perfume Parlour will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return shipping. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Perfume Parlour will recharge the customer, send the correct item, and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return shipping.
  • Orders returned ‘Not Called For’ by the postal service will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including shipping. Customers will be notified and the order will be canceled.
  • Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Shipping, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed; therefore, no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
  • Due to the nature of Arabian perfumes and for hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that opened packages from the Arabian collection cannot be returned. It is advised to thoroughly review your purchase before unsealing the fragrance to ensure complete satisfaction.

Statutory Rights:

  • None of the above affects your statutory rights.
