This scent opens with soft citruses (nectarine and bergamot) and woody (rosewood) notes, with a touch of lavender, which is very discrete and not at all sharp. The fragrance develops further with notes of apple martini, white daffodil and orchid. The base unites white amber, cedar, woody notes and white musk.
I haven't tried this fragrance for many years but as soon as I sprayed this it was instantly recognisable.
Beautiful fresh floral scent.
Straight away I was reminded of a holiday to Paris so I may have been wearing this at the time. Funny how fragrance can evoke memories.
It lasted very well on my skin and after only one spray on the wrist I could still smell it later in the day. Would highly recommend.

My preferred fragrance lately...
I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

Absolutely Amazing
I discovered the original scent (Kilian Smoking Hot) in a large dept. store and instantly fell in love with it. I've been waiting for PP to release this and they have hit the nail bang on the head with this one. It is identical to the original. Smells amazing and lasts for ages. I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. Only a very small amount needed for maximum effects. I'm using the 60ml Extrait. 10/10 PP.

A sweet hybrid
This is lovely and sweet, quite juicy as well. To my nose it's like a hybrid of Instant Crush and Erba Pura. It's just seems to work without leaning too feminine. This is now my 24th or 25th extrait bottle from P.P. I just wish the delivery was quicker.
