I love Amarige perfume and joyful is a good match. However, I thought I had ordered the perfume but I obviously had ordered the hand wash. Very disappointed but my fault I suppose. Quite pricey for hand wash though.

Thought I would try out a scent. Didn't receive first order but after I contacted, customer service was excellent and within a few days I received my order. I am very impressed with how alike the original it is.

I only remember Amarige when it first came out, I am not familiar with any reformulations. The PP version is definitely lighter and somewhat different. However, it is beautiful in its own right, a heavy floral with a strangely fresh drydown which lasted 12+ hours (oil version). Hence, 5 stars.

Really like givenchy amirage.I can smell the same notes , smells great and lasts a good few hours. I will be getting a bigger bottle.
I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

I find it better than the original because the PP is directly in the bottom of the perfume with a 90% similarity (I own the original)

Absolutely Amazing
I discovered the original scent (Kilian Smoking Hot) in a large dept. store and instantly fell in love with it. I've been waiting for PP to release this and they have hit the nail bang on the head with this one. It is identical to the original. Smells amazing and lasts for ages. I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. Only a very small amount needed for maximum effects. I'm using the 60ml Extrait. 10/10 PP.

A sweet hybrid
This is lovely and sweet, quite juicy as well. To my nose it's like a hybrid of Instant Crush and Erba Pura. It's just seems to work without leaning too feminine. This is now my 24th or 25th extrait bottle from P.P. I just wish the delivery was quicker.
