I'm pretty harsh on dupes so I don't say this lightly, but this is bang on. If Guilty is your normal scent and you just want to save a few bucks (this is less than half the price) then give it a go.
It lasts a bit longer than the original (I have the original on the back of one hand, and this on the other) and if I had to point out a difference I'd say that higher concentration (this is an EDP) has a bit more citrus in the opening and lasts longer but it's absolutely the DNA. It then dries down to the slightly creamy woody scent I get from Guilty.

This turned out to be a great purchase. I bought the original after trying a decant. It wasn't too expensive but I thought I'd try a clone as well. At first spray it was obvious they were pretty close. I've had it about a month now and I just mix sprays between the Perfume Parlour and the original. They are both EDP concentration and last long enough for me. Next I may try the Carbon clone as it is only an EDT.

Beautiful fragrance. Wore it to work yesterday and got many positive reactions and complements at lunch, so like 6 hours in to applying. Is a good mix of noticeable and present but not cloying. Would definitely repurchase as a Diorissmo alternative.
