I like it very much and it is worth having in the collection, but not to wear every day. I also tried the Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin clone which has similar notes (mainly licorice and anise) but I find this one more interesting. The performance of this did not blow me away though, especially the projection, but I had the oil. Probably EDP and Extract are much better for this one

I'm not familiar with the fragrance that this is inspired by, so can't comment on the similarity, but what a beautiful perfume! It starts off with a powerful hit of absinthe and liquorice, and there is an odd unpleasant note for a short time-this soon changes! The liquorice smell persists and the fragrance mellows and sweetens. It is an addictive, mysterious fragrance that could be worn by either gender. I will definitely be re ordering this!

My preferred fragrance lately...
I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

Absolutely Amazing
I discovered the original scent (Kilian Smoking Hot) in a large dept. store and instantly fell in love with it. I've been waiting for PP to release this and they have hit the nail bang on the head with this one. It is identical to the original. Smells amazing and lasts for ages. I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. Only a very small amount needed for maximum effects. I'm using the 60ml Extrait. 10/10 PP.

A sweet hybrid
This is lovely and sweet, quite juicy as well. To my nose it's like a hybrid of Instant Crush and Erba Pura. It's just seems to work without leaning too feminine. This is now my 24th or 25th extrait bottle from P.P. I just wish the delivery was quicker.
