This is a great fragrance. It opens up a little more fruity than expected, but it dries down masterfully. It’s a brilliant rendition of the higher priced cologne.

I bought the extrait version of this and all I can say is wow . I’ve smelled Aventus absolu and this is so so close it’s not even worth the extra cost . I will 100 percent be getting another bottle very soon just to keep my stock on this before it sells out again.

Better than the OG, IMO.
The OG smells like CDIM to me, this smells way better. Quality is amazing for the price.
Scent profile is 3/4 Aventus with Cinnamon, Ginger, and a Nutmeg note... great for cold weather, nights and the winter season.

My preferred fragrance lately...
I never smelt the original from Penhaligon's, but I smelt other alternative from other fragrances oils companies. I like Perfume Parlour proposal. It smells smoky and a bit sweet for some hours, I like the smell a lot. It tends to turn on the sweet side after some hours, but the smell is still good.

Absolutely Amazing
I discovered the original scent (Kilian Smoking Hot) in a large dept. store and instantly fell in love with it. I've been waiting for PP to release this and they have hit the nail bang on the head with this one. It is identical to the original. Smells amazing and lasts for ages. I can still smell it on my clothes the next day. Only a very small amount needed for maximum effects. I'm using the 60ml Extrait. 10/10 PP.

A sweet hybrid
This is lovely and sweet, quite juicy as well. To my nose it's like a hybrid of Instant Crush and Erba Pura. It's just seems to work without leaning too feminine. This is now my 24th or 25th extrait bottle from P.P. I just wish the delivery was quicker.
